Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) & Fit Testing

Tests are performed in accordance with OSHA and MSHD requirements testing for proper fitting of the mask to your employee. Tests are performed by two techniques. Qualitative is tested by the use of an irritant smoke or sweetener. Quantitative tests are performed using our OHD FitTester 3000 machines.

We offer on-site fit testing and pulmonary function tests!

Pulmonary function testing measures lung volume and the patients ability to ventilate, to move air in and out in healthy and diseased states. We perform PFT's to OSHA/MSHD standards. These standards are determined by using some or all of the following steps.

• Health History
• Pulmonary Function Test
• Medical Examinations
• X-rays
